Op deze pagina vindt u de huidige operationele status van de servers en diensten van Syntess Software.
Als er een storing bekend is, wordt dat hier weergegeven.

Mocht u problemen ervaren zonder dat er een storing wordt weergegeven, neem dan contact op met onze Helpdesk afdeling via Mijn Syntess of telefonisch via 088 - 40 80 420.

Buiten kantooruren is er geen helpdesk voor inhoudelijke vragen of ondersteuning. Wel is er buiten kantooruren ondersteuning voor het melden van storingen van het systeem. In zulke situaties kan er contact worden opgenomen:
-voor Atrium Cloud 088 - 40 80 460,
-voor Webapplicaties 088 - 40 80 450.

We onderzoeken de impact en treffen waar nodig maatregelen voordat we het portaal weer beschikbaar stellen. Andere Syntess-diensten zijn niet getroffen en werken normaal. The Mijn Syntess portal is currently unavailable. In response to the PHPShell vulnerability that is being actively exploited on the internet, we have taken the portal offline as a precaution. We are assessing the impact and will apply any necessary measures before bringing the portal back online. Other Syntess services are not affected and are operating normally. We will post updates on this page. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Scheduled - Om onze online-dienstverlening te optimaliseren voeren we regelmatig werkzaamheden uit. We doen dit in de nacht en in het weekend, zodat u hier zo min mogelijk hinder van ondervindt.

De eerstvolgende werkzaamheden vinden plaats op:
Vrijdag 16 oktober vanaf 22u tot zaterdag 17 oktober 7u.

Werkzaamheden:
Tijdens dit onderhoud gaan we de Windows-servers bijwerken met de meest recente updates.

Dit betekent voor u:
dat de volledige online-dienstverlening mogelijk onderbroken wordt tijdens het dit onderhoudsmoment. Na de werkzaamheden kunt u weer werken zoals u dat gewend bent.
