Als er een storing bekend is, wordt dat hier weergegeven.

Mocht u problemen ervaren zonder dat er een storing wordt weergegeven, neem dan contact op met onze Helpdesk afdeling via Mijn Syntess of telefonisch via 088 - 40 80 420.

Buiten kantooruren is er geen helpdesk voor inhoudelijke vragen of ondersteuning. Wel is er buiten kantooruren ondersteuning voor het melden van storingen van het systeem. In zulke situaties kan er contact worden opgenomen:
-voor Atrium Cloud 088 - 40 80 460,
-voor Webapplicaties 088 - 40 80 450.

Outside office hours, there is no helpdesk for questions or other support. However, out-of-hours support is available for reporting system malfunctions. In such situations, please contact:

Wanneer vindt dit plaats?
De werkzaamheden beginnen op maandagavond 23 februari om 21u. Ze zullen maximaal 3 uur in beslag nemen.

Wat merk ik ervan?
De volledige online-dienstverlening kan onderbroken worden tijdens dit onderhoudsmoment. Na de werkzaamheden kunt u weer werken zoals u dat gewend bent.
